A Fan of Black Cats

Is it too early to think about next year? Not that I'm big into football, but my primary team, instilled in me at birth, is the Pittsburgh Steelers. Being a lifelong resident of North Carolina, though, I suppose I can also pull for the Carolina Panthers. Their lair is a few hours down the road a ways, but it helps that their mascot is a black cat.

Earrings Are for the Birds! (Or Cats)

Happy Turkey Day!

I can't leave these earrings sitting out on my dresser or the cats will take them. It would not be the first pair of earrings I've owned to become cat toys. I suppose it's only fair, since I'm sure at some point or other I've turned a cat toy into an earring.

Friday the 13th

It's disappointing that I don't have hockey mask earrings. If you find some, let me know. They would go well with my hatchets and axes.

But this Friday the 13th, I will have to settle for wearing these black cat earrings that were specially crafted just for me by my friend Jen, the veterinarian. I also have some gold four-leaf clovers, but this was a more of a silverish day.
